31 May: The container ship JPO Vulpecula made port in Miami the afternoon of 26 May. So the boats on a boat trip, was tracked from embarkment at Le Harve, sailing to Antwerp, Rotterdam, Bremerhaven, Charleston, Savanna and then to Miami. The JPO Vulpecula after unloading (my boat container hopefully), traveled on to port of Veracruz, the western Gulf of Mexico. Have been told that the trimarans need to be extracted from the container, placed on Magic Tilt trailers, and cleared by customs before being available to the customer by the freight company. Looking forward to meeting Dean next week and picking up the new boat.

First became acquainted with trimaran sailing boats in the late 70s  while on a trip to Miami, riding converted Hobie 16 beach cat hulls that were added to a crafted center hull. Later discovered the rich history of multi-hulls and design from the writings of Jim Brown, Chris White and others.

This blog is will chronicle explicita, past exploits of discovery, sailing nuances and characteristics, plus after market modifications, and sailing adventures on the Astus 20.2 XL model named "Embouchure".
